    Dear Sunil, Good morning
    I just placed a sell order for ICICI Bank and it got executed at 9.07. I thought normally it shd have got sold only after 9.15 a.m after marekt opens. Is there any problem in this case ?

      traders expecting markets to go either of the way, but not sure which way.

      In general, selling Options is good when IV's are very high.
      But need to be cautious about which OTM strikes you want to sell :)

      Short NIFTY means, We are bearish on NIFTY and expecting to go down.
      Different Trading Vehicles can used for trading it :
      1) One can short NIFTY Future (requires 30K to 35K), Profit/Loss can be huge on bothsides.

      2) One can SELL NIFTY CALLs ATM/ITM (requires 30K to 35K margin) Limited Profit .. and Max Loss.

      3) Once can buy PUTs ATM or next higher Strike, requires very less amount, only premium cost).
