The Auto Channels shows the current trend and support and resistance levels moving with the trend and also the trend reversal level.
The Auto Channels can be used for a variety of trades:
Swing Trades
Entry is initiated at the Entry level after a channel break or after a decent consolidation within the Entry Range keeping SL at the trailing Trend Reversal level with the target at the Swing Target level.
Trend Trades
Entry is initiated at the Entry level after a channel break keeping SL at the trailing Trend Reversal level with the target at the Swing Target level.
When Swing Target is hit, one can either book part profits or hold on till the trialing Trend Reversal level is breached.
Rallies / Declines
Rallies / Declines generally start after a strong breakout.
Entry is initiated as early as possible after a strong breakout and follow it with the outer band of the Entry range as the trailing SL.
