  26. NIFTY forming Descending Triangle (intraday).

    ReplyDelete
  27. Was more of a distribution pattern which has finally given way.

    ReplyDelete
  28. The descending triangle is a bearish formation that usually forms during
a downtrend as a continuation pattern. There are instances when
descending triangles form as reversal patterns at the end of an uptrend,
but they are typically continuation patterns. Regardless of where they
form, descending triangles are bearish patterns that indicate distribution, i got from internet :) so it means my longs in trouble

    ReplyDelete
  29. Means I can continue holding my PEs :):)

    ReplyDelete
  30. The distribution pattern has not yet broken on 15mins and higher charts.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Sir what does incr./dec. in premium indicates??

    ReplyDelete
  32. @disqus_AN92IvpwhZ:disqus Increase in futures premium generally indicates bullishness whereas decrese indicates bearishness.

    ReplyDelete
  33. The premium in nifty increasing...does it indicate bad sign for shorts?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Made 15% profits on SBI 2150 CE, Booked 1 lot, holding other.

    ReplyDelete
  35. GOOD MORNING MAHENDER, are you holding the shorts?

  61. Nifty has taken support of the range of 6036 - 6027. If held on may see a bounce from here.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  69. hehe ... Nifty follows the intraday range... It fails to break above the "buy above" level.

    ReplyDelete
  70. yes, brother i am thinking nifty is going down from 5 days at least now it will give bounce but it didn't

    ReplyDelete
  71. Wait for now. Markets are highly volatile. Moreover Nifty failed to break above the intraday "Buy Above" level.

    ReplyDelete
  72. sir, i will wait for now and hold those longs also and exit if i get some small profits then i will trade patiently with your advise, Thanks sir

    ReplyDelete
  73. Dear Imran,

Every one need to close their books for this financial year end (i.e. 31st March). There would be huge selling next week. Be cautious.

Note: March 31st falls on Sunday - and there is only 3 working days next week.

    ReplyDelete
  74. In last hour Market gone wild. Very volatile day and scalping traders love it.
sir please tell me one thing, market rise or fall in future month? where do you see this expiry? thanks lot.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Hi Sunil,

I remember those days when you used to give option calls on the first week of the month and we used to have very huge profit...Can you give monthly calls, so that we can carry it for 10 to 15 days ..please start once again

    ReplyDelete
  76. We may see Gap-Up on monday.

    ReplyDelete
  77. @facebook-100005424695118:disqus Markets are at a crucial juncture. Overall Nifty looks weak for now but a bounce can be expected if 5636 levels are held. However break of 5636 levels can send Nifty down to 5240-5310 levels in near term.

    ReplyDelete
  78. @cd2ba0831e2cbdd07f3576ce91e7b4ea:disqus I would love to give such calls. But for such calls markets need to give major directional moves. Since Oct 2012, Nifty has been trading in a small range the whole month. This month however the markets gave high volatile moves and I had given a call to buy 6000CE near 5703 on the day of Feb expiry for a target of 5977. But unfortunately, Nifty gave a closing below 5700 on 2 days negating my positive outlook on Nifty to range bound. As such, I withdrew my call and asked to exit. Although Nifty did make a high of 5971 :( As of now, we cannot expect any major directional move till we break above 6003. However, I expect the volatility to be high and as such we may make trades almost every day on Nifty. :)

  87. Hi Sunil sir
one doubt is nifty weekly charts are still bullish, daily charts are bearish.correct me if wrong.which one is good to follow.weekly or monthly.
    thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  88. @facebook-100005424695118:disqus Yes, Weekly/monthly charts are still bullish but daily charts are bearish. Generally if trend of lower timeframe is reverse of the higher one, we may see range bound sessions till both trends match. You should follow the charts as per your time frame. If you plan to hold a trade for 5-10 days, go with daily charts. For 5-10 weeks, go with weekly and so on.

    ReplyDelete
  89. suppper sunil sir.great explanation.
for futures position traders weekly are good, for options daily charts are better i think. Thanks for replying.bye. meet you on monday.
