Hi Good Morning to all.....have a good day.....:)
ReplyDelete@Ravichandran Ranganathan Good Morning. Have a nice day you too. :)

ReplyDeleteHi SR, Good morning
ReplyDeleteWhats the target of Nifty long?
entered 5500CE y'day just before closing
@paritosh, Good Morning. Hold with SL of today's low, If we see a recovery, can head back to 5500
ReplyDelete@Kris hna, Good Morning. If Nifty shows recovery, can head to 5500 in 1-2 days.
ReplyDeleteok, thanks
ReplyDeleteok thanks
ReplyDeleteGOOD MORNING.
ReplyDelete@Nagaraj hegde Good Morning
ReplyDeleteSir,
ReplyDeleteI sold NMDC 110 PE @ 2.50. What will happen if i will leave till exiry.
Re enter NF if nifty trade above 5430....your view....
ReplyDeleteit will automatically settle with the last trading price on September 26 but you will have to pay STT charges
ReplyDeleteDear Calls. I hate you... even with the nifty rising, you do not rise enough due to drop in VIX... I wish I had margins to short puts instead :(
ReplyDeleteIf you shorted option, you will gain/loose whatever value at expiry.
ReplyDeleteNot yet. wait for confirmation of a breakout/
ReplyDeleteVery true.
ReplyDeleteNifty pivots above 5430.31: 5480.89, 5531.48
ReplyDeleteOk Thanks
ReplyDelete@paritosh excess STT is not charged on writing options as STT is paid at the selling leg and would have been charged at the time of writing. No STT would be charged for the buying leg or at expiry.
ReplyDeleteGM Sir
ReplyDeletecan i enter SBI 1600 CE.. Pl. advice
GM, Not yet. Has resistance at 1501, if broken can head to 1534-35
ReplyDeleteok thanks. I never do it, usually I clear everything 5-10 min before close so I didn't knew. #goodtoknow
ReplyDeleteSunil, shen should i book my calls, dont want to hold beyond today
ReplyDeleteSunil Sir,
ReplyDeleteI need your guidance. I know the meaning "resistance" and "Support". But i do not know how can i undersatnd in chart level. plz guide.
@paritosh Hold with a TSL of 5415, May book near 5480-81
ReplyDeleteGM SR sir.. Did not update you but thanks for the call made some profit..
ReplyDeleteDon't know why i get in always late and get out early.. i have to learn the ART of patience.. :) but thnx anyway..
@Guest Good Morning. Art of patience comes with time. However profit in pocket always feels good. Always welcome. :)
ReplyDeleteHappens with everyone bro. Don't think you are the only one. And don't worry as long as you make profit :)
ReplyDeleteYep not complaining at all.. As SR sir and you mentioned does not matter till u are making profit.. :)
ReplyDeleteSir currently @ 5470 ?
ReplyDelete@SAM These are technical terms for technical analysis. This link may help:

Yes, buy on a dip for a better risk/reward.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sir. Is any good place where i can learn option trading.....
ReplyDeleteMost Welcome. Not sure about it.
ReplyDeleteSir, Nifty pivots are in Spot levels but Intraday trades are in Futures,
ReplyDeleteFutures are in premium of 10 pts
Yes futures trade in advance and generally respect the pivots to the core.
ReplyDeleteSir, can i buy NF now?
ReplyDeleteCan buy on dips with SL at 5430 for target of 5481
ReplyDeleteGood aft noon sir, i want to learn some knowledge regarding pivots, will u help me?
ReplyDeleteGood Afternoon. Would be glad to help. Can mail your query to support@autochannels.in. Will reply in the evening.
ReplyDeleteThank u so much sir, today your Live online crosses 100, even now @ 130+, great going sir
ReplyDeleteSunil... Booked everything near 5465 even though you advised 5481, just so that i dont miss it... thanks for the levels... will re-enter calls if nifty hits near 5434.69
ReplyDeleteMost Welcome. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks. :)
ReplyDeleteNifty fails to break a resistance level of 5451 on half hourly charts. As such keep strict SL at 5442 for trade 54.
ReplyDeleteCan we buy a PE ?
ReplyDeleteNot yet.
ReplyDeleteSR... Can I buy back my calls i sold near 5465? If yes, please give level where to buy.. Thanks
ReplyDeleteNot sure as yet.
ReplyDeleteThanks sir, booked profit of 50 pts * 2 lots
ReplyDeleteIf Nifty breaks below 5430, can rest test 5379
ReplyDeleteNice :) Most welcome.
ReplyDeleteNifty re-tests pivot at 5379. Bad luck as we missed the trade :(
ReplyDeleteone in the hand is worth two in the bush
ReplyDeleteYes, By the time I got the confirmation of breakdown of 5430, futures were already near 5410. Lost opportunity is always better than lost money.
ReplyDeleteSunil, how do you confirm the breakdown/breakout? I recall you saying that 20 Min EMA crossover is a decent sign, is there anything else?
ReplyDeleteThe reason for the sharp fall was evident. Nifty had failed to break above resistance of 5451 on 3 consecutive 30-min bars. It was profit booking by traders. But to take the call to short Nifty was only after break of 5430. That's the markets :)
ReplyDeletejust love that line.. :) "Lost opportunity is always better than lost money. " i keep repeating that to myself everytime i miss a trade..
ReplyDeleteFirst and foremost simple confirmation is a 5-min bar open and closes above/below the pivot in the direction of the trend. - High risk traders may initiate trades but may have whipsaws.
ReplyDeleteBest confirmation is 20-min EMA crossover in the direction of the trend. Momentum is stronger if the 1-min bar where the 20-EMA crossover takes place is in the direction of the trend.
See today's 1-min chart with pivots and 20 and 50 ema.
ReplyDeleteSR - Is nifty making down flag in 2 mins chart? and can we see nifty falling another 30-35 points below 5380(if breaks)?
ReplyDeleteNot yet. It turned positive as per 1-min auto channels chart at 1:25pm. However if Nifty breaks below 5380, can re-test 5329
ReplyDeleteSir, have shorted NF @ 5406. Should hold?
ReplyDeleteKeep strict SL at 5456.
ReplyDeleteSunilji Namathe. Just coming online to see whats going on. Busy with Auditors. Not traded anything.
ReplyDeleteSimply highly volatile, should abstain from trading
ReplyDelete@sai Namaste :)
ReplyDeleteOn the brighter side, we get more trades in volatile markets. :)
ReplyDeleteTechnically our SL has not triggered for trade 55 as on Nifty spot on but futures hit SL as premium rises. Better exit and be safe than sorry. :)
ReplyDeleteSpot broke TSL just now. Futures always trade in advance. :)
ReplyDeleteNifty fails to break pivot thrice, if broken we can expect a sharp move.
ReplyDeleteSir, Holding NF short @ 5406. Where should i exit?
ReplyDeleteTry to exit on a dip. If Nifty spot break above 5430, exit from it. Keep strict SL at 5456. In such volatile markets, work with strict SL.
ReplyDeleteFinally broke out with a bang as expected. :)
ReplyDeleteexited with huge loss :(
ReplyDeleteCan we buy a ce or 5450 straddle ?
ReplyDeletecan we buy calls now?
ReplyDeleteNot yet. Wait for confirmation for a few minutes.
ReplyDeleteNot yet. May enter a 5500 straddle if Nifty hits 5500.
ReplyDeleteIn such volatile markets, take trades with small SL and large targets. You may follow the Trades on Trade Alerts for trading Nifty futures. 1:4 risk/reward ratio.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sir. will follow that
ReplyDeleteMay re-enter trade 54 if Nifty dips near 5441-43 with SL at 5430 for same target
ReplyDeleteDoes not seem to come down at all.. have placed order not executed yet.. :) looks like its holding strong..
ReplyDeleteRemove orders for now. Not enough time left.
ReplyDeleteSunil, can calls be bought near 5440 for BTST?
ReplyDeleteNo. May risk entering puts.
ReplyDeleteNifty still fails to break above 5451 and most likely will close below it. If not broken tomorrow morning. We may see Nifty drift down to 5360 levels or even below again.
buying 1 lot of Puts for good luck :P
ReplyDeleteOk Good Luck. :D
ReplyDeleteThanks for trading calls and good evng sir, waiting for your mail:)
ReplyDeleteMost welcome. Have a nice evening you too. Will check my check after a break. :)
ReplyDeleteSunil Sir,
ReplyDeleteI Want to learn some knowledge regarding pivots, will u help me?
