    @tarun Nifty is trading near major support of 6172. Though it closed below it yesterday, downward momentum was not strong. We will get a confirmation of break of support if Nifty closes below 6172 today as well which may lead Nifty to next support of 6026, else we may see a bounce back to 6318 level.

    Uptrend if it has to start, will have to start tomorrow only if Nifty consolidates and closes above 6172 and then breaks above today's high at opening tomorrow.

    If OPEN interest is increasing (like in ONGC for 300 CE ) is mean that share price will go up in next coming days..

    If OI of a particular option increases and is maximum to its peers. Then that strike price will generally act as a barrier. For ONGC, if OI of 300CE is increasing, indicates most option writers have shorted 300CE and ONGC will likely expires below 300 and 300CE would become zero.
