    Nifty has given a positive breakout on hourly charts. 5510 should act as major support for the week and we may see 5712/5758 this week. Follow the strategy to "Buy on dips".

    Fresh buying will come only above 5850-5905.

    SR,
    5600 long straddle buying cost is 201. now at 190. can i buy two long straddles if cmp remains same by tomorrow? i think the risk reward ratio is favorable as straddle dont break below 180 or 170 before 2 weeks to expiry, usually, time decay happen in last week if nifty remains at same strike price. Nifty anyhow may not stay in 5600 zone as it has to move in either direction to 5750 or 5450. so do you think is it good to go with two more straddles@190?
    Today again rupee made a low of 61.28 which is not supporting our market to move up and vix too moved in positive territory from -4%.

    @Crafty nifty Yes, 5600 straddle may still be entered. Our straddle will gain more if Nifty moves south, but today's upward breakout shows limited downside and a range bound session for a couple of sessions above 5510 and upmove after that to 5712/58 levels. However straddle will gain in any case. :)
